WANGONeT’s focus on health revolves around HIV/Aids enlightenment through the use of ICTs. The Program selects and organizes information in order to make it useful for the needs of diverse audiences: general public, experts from different disciplines, politicians, legislators, healthcare personnel and social communicators. For this purpose, education is conceived as a selection of content and media rather than as a collection of information. Furthermore, it is the articulation of data and information into socially and morally sustainable knowledge for action.
