WANGONeT offers IT support and Help Desk Services to its members and clients. A team of IT experts stand ready to attend to your calls, faxes and e-mails of questions regarding any aspect of information & communication technologies.
Our team can also make site visits within the Lagos area to attend to problems that are more technical; alternatively, clients can bring in their equipment for analysis. Basic repairs (not requiring) spare parts can be carried out immediately, while those requiring spare parts will be executed based on the client’s decision to source or have us source the necessary parts.
This is a follow-up service to our training and installation services. It helps us develop and maintain the ICT capacity of our members while allowing us keep a track of common problems they encounter. We use Database management software to keep a track of the day-to-day technical activities and problems of our clients and hence are then able to design and implement training modules that address these problems more succinctly.
WANGONeT has a team of trained and certified technicians who can attend to most ICT problems. We also have strong ties to some of the industry leaders and can make referrals where the best solutions are beyond our capacity. They are also able to advise clients and members on ways of enhancing and increasing their ICT capacity point them in the right direction for acquiring equipment and services.
